I had procrastinated too long getting something notarized. Because of Nathan’s great work schedule, I was able to get my forms notarized at the last minute. He was professional, fast, and focused. I greatly appreciated the service and would use it again or recommend to a friend.

What a pleasant experience!

I went in to get some passport application papers notarized as I would not be available to go with my wife for my son’s first passport book. What a bummer, I know. I found Nathan’s notary services through a Yelp search, and I was quite happy that he was near my work in South San Jose.

Just as a heads up, and as it is mentioned on the Yelp site, he does not do mobile notary, but I think the experience will more than makeup for it. I was in, docs notarized, and out of his home office in less than 10 minutes.

Overall, great experience. I will definitely be contacting him for future needs. And making appointments is super easy too, just click the link in his website and all instructions will follow in an email. One last thing, bring cash or a checkbook for payment

Extremely efficient & Thorough!

My Fiancé is an Indian citizen and he wanted to get some documents notarized for his passport renewal. Despite being extremely busy, Nathan did not cancel on us, instead we met him at his home office ,had all the documents notarized and were out of there in 5 minutes. Extremely efficient and thorough.

It was very easy and stress free to get my documents notarized on the same day with Nathan. I even had to change my appointment once due to conflicting schedules with members of my family, but Nathan was very flexible.

I am extremely happy with the quality of service that Nathan provided with my complex paperwork. Every other notary that I went to, refused to provide notary service, because the lawyers did not prepare the paperwork with the correct California legal wording. Nathan helped provide the correct acknowledgments onto the paperwork and offered to work with the lawyers to get the paperwork properly prepared and submitted.
